The conference coordination will require extensive work with the conference host(s) in the country where the ICEM annual conference convenes. The coordination will include visits to the conference site, Identification and review of all available resources for the event. Resources will include but are not limited to, local government support, businesses support, exhibits, security concerns, conference format, the selection of keynote speakers, selection of presentations and workshops; invitations to keynote presenters and others. During the conference preparation, the Chair of the committee will hold and support monthly virtual meetings. In addition, the Conference program will assist in the preparation of webinars and other online events. Other regional events held by ICEM chapters will also be supported.
